退换货及保修申请
我如何退/换货?
1、退/换货政策:
退换货需要提交原销售小票。
我们接受自产品出售起30天以内的退换货申请。产品必须保持“全新,未被更改以及未被使用的状态”。“全新,未被更改以及未被使用的状态”的定义是:产品没有显示被穿过或者任何损坏(特别是鞋子,包括但不仅限于,鞋垫上的脚印,由于穿着造成的鞋底掉色或者污渍)的痕迹,并且不能是特别订单或者定制的舞鞋。
另外,标注有不能退货,或者有跟30天退换货政策不同的产品不适用于我们30天退换货申请。具体产品例如,渔网袜,贴身穿着的舞蹈服装/表演服和鞋刷是不可退货和不可退款的。
如果网购订单收到误发产品,请您在收到误发产品30天之内与我们客服部门联系。
退款和更换将在我们收到退换货物并检查完毕后决定。
顾客将承担退货回GFranco Shoes所产生的所有邮寄费用。
换货的邮寄费用将在第一次换货后由顾客承担。

*退货申请中,在收到退还产品和检查产品状况后,我们会安排退还购买产品的费用。
*换货申请中,在收到需更换产品和检查产品状况后,您所选择的需要更换的产品将被邮寄给您。
3、我如何提交保修申请?
保修政策:
*所有保修申请需要提交原销售小票。
*GFranco Shoes为产品生产缺陷提供自产品出售起30天以内的保修。网站产品图片色差不包括在生产缺陷情况内。摄影过程灯光差异或者产品周围物品或造成产品图示颜色差异。所有保修申请需要在产品出售起30天以内以邮件形式或者邮寄到GFranco Shoes,网购订单则以产品派送成功之日算起。GFranco Shoes将全权决定是否保修或者更换任何在30天之内提交到GFranco Shoes的有效保修申请。
*保修申请将在我们收到退回产品或者查看问题产品照片,得出鉴定关于产品缺陷是由于生产缺陷或是非GFranco Shoes控制范围内的使用不当所造成的结论后,通过以及操作。GFranco Shoes生产制作的绒面底舞鞋是特别设计于专业舞蹈地板或者其他非粗糙地面使用。在粗糙地面(例如混凝土或者沥青地面)使用任何绒面底舞鞋,或者超常使用适用于室内室外大底鞋子所造成鞋面磨损,不包括30天保修政策保护范围。GFranco Shoes特制室内室外大底款式可以在室外使用,但是并不是设计用于日常生活使用或者在粗糙的地面(例如混凝土或者沥青地面)跳舞使用。闪钻可能由于不当使用,在舞鞋两面摩擦过程中发生脱落,不包括在30天保修申请。
如果保修产品已经过了保修期限或者被断定为非生产缺陷,顾客需要承担一切与退货相关的邮寄费用。
上传产品缺陷照片,舞鞋产品需要提交左右鞋底照片。
暂停使用问题鞋子如果继续使用将造成不安全的情况。
在GFranco Shoes收到保修申请,确认保修申请在有效期内并符合保修规定后,我们将寄送预付运单给您把问题产品邮寄给我们。如上所述,如果保修产品已经过了保修期限或者被断定为非生产缺陷,顾客需要承担一切与退货相关的邮寄费用。
Returns, Exchanges, Warranty Claims
How do I return an item?
Exchange/Return Policy: Original sales receipt must accompany returns or exchanges. We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way (and specifically for shoes, to include without limitations, foot imprints on the insole and/or discolored or dirty out soles as a result of use), and must not be a special order or a custom order, unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days as may be noted in that item's description. Specific items such as Costumes, Chokers, Fishnets, and clothing/apparel typically worn without undergarments and Shoe Brushes are non-returnable and non-refundable. If an online purchase of an item is incorrectly shipped by us, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to the shipping address provided. Refunds and exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return any item back to GFranco Shoes. SHIPPING FEES APPLY AFTER THE FIRST EXCHANGE.

For returns, upon receipt and verification of the condition of item returned, a refund of the purchase price will be issued. For exchanges, upon receipt and verification of the condition of any item returned, your selected item will be shipped to you.
How do I make a Warranty Claim?
Warranty Policy: Original sales receipt must accompany all warranty claims. GFranco Shoes provides a limited 30 day warranty due to manufacturer defects for GFranco shoes from the date of purchase. Color variations from photos depicted on our website are not considered a defect covered under warranty. Lighting varrants during photographing shoes or other items may cause colors to appear lighter or darker. All warranty claims must be made in writing emailed or mailed to GFranco Shoes within 30 days from the date of purchase or if the purchase was made online, when the item was delivered to the shipping address provided. At the sole discretion of GFranco Shoes, we may repair the item in lieu of replacing any defective item for valid claims that are reported to GFranco Shoes within the 30 day period stated above. Approval of or processing of claims are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it or of photos provided by customer to determine if the item is damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect and not misuse or other cause not within the control of GFranco Shoes. Suede bottom shoes manufactured by GFranco Shoes are specifically designed to be used on professional grade wood floors or other non-abrasive or non-friction surfaces. In particular, the use of any suede bottom dance shoe to dance or walk on any abrasive or friction causing surface, and specifically dancing on carpet, wood decking or concrete surfaces, or the use of indoor/outdoor soles beyond the scope of which these styles were designed voids the 30 day warranty. GFranco shoes featuring indoor/outdoor soles may be worn outdoors but are not designed to be used to dance on outdoor or abrasive surfaces such as concrete or asphalt or for use as a daily walking shoe or walking outdoors for long distances.
Rhinestones that have fallen off GFranco dance shoes as a result of impact with other surfaces including the two sides of the shoes from dancing or performing splits, or misuse does not qualify as a valid warranty claim.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return any item back to customer if the product is determined to be out of warranty or not to be caused by a manufacturer defect.
To make a warranty claim, you must do the following:
2. upload photos of the damaged area of the shoes and of the bottom of the left and right sides of the shoes; and
3. Do not continue to use the defective item if it is unsafe to continue the use of it.
After GFranco Shoes receives a claim with the information requested above, GFranco Shoes will email a prepaid shipping label to customer to mail the item to GFranco Shoes if the claim is validated and it is determined that the claim is made within the warranty period stated above. As stated above, a customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return any item back to customer if the product is determined to be out of warranty or not a manufacturer defective.
